Billing

Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms explain paid plans, planning credits, renewals, cancellations, downgrades, credit packs, and billing support.

Paid plans and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. The payment method on file may be charged through Stripe or another payment provider.

Taxes, foreign exchange, payment provider fees, and bank fees may apply. Prices, included features, credit allowances, and plan names may change over time, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

Planning credits

Credits are an in-app usage measurement for planning actions. They are not money, stored value, legal tender, gift cards, or property, and they have no cash value.

Credits may be included in a plan, granted as a promotion, purchased as extra capacity, reserved when a generation starts, finalized after a successful run, or refunded when a qualifying app-side failure prevents meaningful use.

Tripletto may set, change, limit, expire, reverse, or revoke credits where permitted by law, including for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, billing failure, plan changes, mistakes, or promotional misuse.

Cancellation and downgrade

Canceling or downgrading a paid subscription stops future renewals. Paid access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless the app or checkout states otherwise.

If a Pro plan is scheduled to downgrade to Free at period end, remaining credits may stay in the account, but no new Pro monthly credit grant is added after the downgrade takes effect.

Trials, promotions, and credits

Trials, discounts, coupons, promotional credits, beta offers, and early-access pricing may be modified, limited, or ended at any time unless a specific offer says otherwise. Promotional credits may expire or be restricted to certain uses.

Billing portal and support

For self-serve subscriptions, use the billing portal in the app when available. For billing help, email support@tripletto.app with the account email, charge date, amount, and short explanation.

Billing changes may take time to sync from payment processors. Stripe and other providers may retain payment, tax, invoice, dispute, and anti-fraud records under their own policies.

Disputes and failed payments

Failed payments may cause plan features, credits, or access to be paused, downgraded, or disabled. Improper chargebacks, suspected fraud, payment abuse, or repeated disputes may result in account review or suspension.
