Data Rights and Account Deletion

How to ask Tripletto for access, correction, export, deletion, opt-out, or account help.

Requests we support

  • Access or know what personal information we process about you.
  • Correct inaccurate account or profile information.
  • Delete your account or certain personal information, subject to exceptions.
  • Export portable account or trip data where required and reasonably available.
  • Opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where those rights apply.
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing where applicable law gives you that right.

How to request

Email support@tripletto.app from the email address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to verify the account. Put the request type in the subject line, such as "Delete My Account," "Data Export," or "Privacy Request."

We may ask you to verify your identity, confirm control of the account email, identify the data you mean, or provide information needed to complete the request.

What deletion means

Deletion may remove or disable account records, saved trips, chats, preferences, collaboration records, and app data associated with your account. Shared links, exports, screenshots, copies held by collaborators, provider records, and data already aggregated or de-identified may not be fully recoverable or removable.

We may retain information where needed for billing, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, error logs, enforcing terms, or legitimate business records.

Timing

We try to respond promptly and within timeframes required by applicable law. Complex requests, verification problems, legal holds, security reviews, or backup deletion cycles may take longer where allowed.

Authorized agents and appeals

Where applicable law allows an authorized agent or appeal, include proof of authorization and enough account information for verification. We may deny requests that are fraudulent, unverifiable, excessive, legally restricted, or outside the rights available under applicable law.
