Refund Policy

Tripletto is a digital planning product, so refunds depend on use, billing errors, service issues, and any law that applies.

Digital planning product

Tripletto provides digital itinerary planning, AI-assisted travel outputs, saved workspace features, collaboration, exports, and planning credits. Once a trip has been generated, exported, downloaded, shared, revised, or meaningfully used, refunds may be limited because the digital service has already been delivered.

When we review refunds

  • A first-time subscription refund requested within 7 days of the charge, especially during the paid beta, if there has not been meaningful use.
  • A duplicate or accidental charge that you report promptly.
  • A billing error caused by Tripletto or our payment processor.
  • A paid feature was unavailable because of a Tripletto-side issue and you did not receive meaningful use of it.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

What usually is not refundable

  • Third-party travel purchases, including flights, hotels, trains, restaurants, tours, transfers, or insurance.
  • Price changes, availability changes, denied entry, schedule changes, cancellations, or disputes with travel providers.
  • Used planning credits, completed itinerary generations, revisions, exports, shared trips, or subscription periods after meaningful use, unless required by law.
  • Credit packs or extra capacity after credits have been used, transferred, consumed, or granted as part of a promotion.
  • Change of mind after receiving the digital planning output.

Subscriptions and cancellations

If subscriptions are enabled, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless this policy or the law requires it.

When a paid plan is canceled or downgraded at period end, paid access may continue until the current billing period ends. Remaining credits may be preserved in the account, but future monthly paid-plan credits stop after the downgrade takes effect.

Processing

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Timing depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and applicable rules. Refunds do not require Tripletto to reimburse foreign exchange differences, bank fees, card fees, or third-party provider fees unless required by law.

Chargebacks, disputes, fraud concerns, or abuse of credits may result in account review, suspension, credit reversal, or denial of future refunds to the extent permitted by law.

How to request help

Email support@tripletto.app with the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. We will review the request in good faith and may ask for more information to verify it.
