These terms explain how Tripletto works, what rights we need to operate and improve the service, and what responsibilities stay with you when planning and booking travel.
Tripletto provides AI-assisted travel planning tools. We help turn your trip inputs into itinerary ideas, hotel suggestions, movement budgets, daily pacing, restaurant and experience ideas, maps, and debug-friendly trip data.
Tripletto is not an airline, hotel, travel agency, tour operator, insurance provider, visa adviser, medical adviser, legal adviser, or booking platform unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature.
AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, mistranslated, or mismatched to your real constraints. Tripletto may estimate fares, hotel rates, route timing, and availability, but those estimates are not guarantees.
Before you spend money or make travel decisions, check live sources and official providers. You are responsible for final travel decisions, bookings, provider terms, documentation, safety, accessibility, and compliance with applicable rules.
Tripletto may link to third-party hotels, restaurants, airlines, trains, activities, maps, payment processors, or booking sites. Those services are controlled by third parties and are governed by their own terms, prices, cancellation rules, privacy policies, and support processes.
Unless a Tripletto checkout explicitly says otherwise, travel purchases are between you and the third-party provider.
You keep ownership of the trip details, prompts, notes, files, feedback, and other content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit and share that content.
As between you and Tripletto, you grant Tripletto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use your content and related outputs as described in our policies and as needed to operate, provide, protect, support, personalize, improve, test, train or evaluate systems where permitted, market, develop, and commercialize Tripletto.
This license includes permission to process your content with service providers, including AI, model, workflow, search, hosting, analytics, support, and payment providers, and to use feedback you provide without restriction or compensation.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the itinerary outputs Tripletto generates for your personal or internal business travel planning. Tripletto and its providers may independently create similar or identical outputs for other users because AI systems can produce overlapping recommendations.
Tripletto does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, exclusive, accurate, complete, available, lawful for your use, or suitable for booking without independent verification.
Tripletto may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data and learnings derived from use of the service for any lawful business purpose, including analytics, benchmarking, product development, AI/model evaluation, research, marketing, partnerships, and commercialization.
If Tripletto offers paid plans, extra capacity, credits, subscriptions, trials, or promotions, prices, features, credit rules, and availability may change over time. Taxes, foreign exchange fees, and payment provider fees may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may be subject to plan limits, expiration, rollover, or use rules described in the app or Billing Terms.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
Tripletto is evolving. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, credits, vendors, AI models, workflows, routes, templates, exports, or integrations at any time, subject to applicable law and paid-plan commitments then in effect.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit usage, or refuse service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Tripletto or others, failed to pay, abused credits, initiated improper chargebacks, or used the service in a way that could cause legal, security, financial, or reputational harm.
Tripletto is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tripletto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or travel-related losses such as missed flights, denied entry, unsafe conditions, unavailable hotels, changed prices, or third-party provider issues.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tripletto's total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid Tripletto for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that created the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you.
These Terms are intended to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users or provide notice where required by law. Questions can be sent to support@tripletto.app.
